Getting the Most from the GentleBirth App


We've put positive birth preparation into the palm of your hand. Each day your GentleBirth App will recommend the most relevant practice sessions for you based on your 'guess' (due date) and the journey you've chosen (clever eh!).

Your daily practice sessions with the GentleBirth App have a cumulative effect - meaning you and your baby experience more health benefits the more you use it. The GentleBirth app also includes mindfulness and hypnobirthing for partners too (male or same sex).

In a perfect world you'd easily complete your 'daily training' but we know how life can get in the way so do what you can to check off each session. The short meditations and breathing sessions only take a few mins during the day so they're easy to fit in (do your affirmations before getting out of bed) and you'll hit the ground running (well..probably not at 38 weeks but ykwim).


After your baby is born there are several journeys to keep you sane.

Free falling hormones, lack of sleep, a body you don't recognize - a body that's doing all kinds of stuff means your app is even more important now. Of course you won't have the time or energy to blissfully lie on the couch and nod off but our hypnosessions will help you with physical recovery between feeds and the short meditations are protective of your mental health (and some of them include your baby).
